CLASS-ACTION SUITS VERSUS TORONTO POLICE
Why you ask does it take six years for a class-action suit to get the go ahead against the Toronto Police Service for their reprehensible and unconstitutional behaviour against Canadain citizens? In June 2010 more than 1,000 people were arrested and "kettled" ie. confined at downtown Toronto intersections for several hours by the police. Many were then held in "inhumane conditions" at a makeshift detention centre. All this was so that the police could fish for particular individuals who had misbehaved at the G20 Conference. "Only in Canada you say".

I wonder exactly how long it would have taken to get individual citizens to court if they en masse had attacked the police in order to regain their lawful freedom? I wonder how our asinine courts, police and politicans would have responded to police injuries or heaven forbid fatalities as a direct result of their own illegal, unconstitutional and immoral behavior?
Let there be no doubt that this episode will go down in history perhaps as one of the worst and certainly most blatant civil rights abuses in a long Canadian history of abuses.

I totally agree and not surprised our government and police work together ignoring human right these criminal acts by them rarely result in charges there acts are always justified but in this case there's too many Canadains detained n date raped by the police and cell phones captured some of the abuse makes one wonder why the government n police worked together to make it illegal to video tape police hmmmm interesting maybe why police don't wear body cameras is cause they an not be able to lie in court I find it strange our government now the biggest pot growers n sellers in the world are working hard to control the market by making the laws to have to purchase a pot card and purchade from goverment only a medical plant that should be allowed to be grown by a person who can't afford the goverments high prices a plant natural to earth reduces seizures n even slows cancer cells there's so many positive medical uses n they choose to make it illegal decades ago so there tree cutting paper industry could grow all cause a government officials was related to a pulp n paper industry decades ago and feared if paper would been made from hemp there industry would close.But are government legalized alcohol n ciggarettes witch they've made zillions in taxes not they plan on being biggest drug dealers in world I find it obvious the government going to make up every law to make sure they control the market same as alcohol n tobacco witch are 2 top killers makes one wonder whos helping write the laws the police too we know they give input n ignore drs input till recently Only in Canada will the goverment wait till most farms go bankrupt before allowing farmers to grow pot or hemp fields if Canada did it long ago n first wede not have a deficit problem wede be riches country with all out farmers who struggle over decades I find it sad and corrupt to not have listened to that hippy who said decades ago I grew it to save our farm and now our governments saying its to save our country n has positive medical uses there finally listening to drs but we know its more cause the billions in profits is the actual truth same as tobacco only in Canada does a government work hand in hang with police to make up laws to protect them not Canadains if a citizen was to detain some one it be forceable confinement rape assault interfering a canadains right to travel from a to b freely n protest in peace yah only in canada are charges layed years later against police n goverment obviously we see why now there above the laws they write up to protect government n police first n citizens lives last were our right going with self defence we still have no right to life if a home invader comes in our home we cannot use deadly force like other countries n the police can when were in a life threatening situation our government says we have no right to choose we have to do as criminals say we hen they invade a home or rob a person I say Not in my World I choose to defend my families lives n my life no matter what hand writing law by tobaco smokinging alcoholics write I choose to kill n not be killed everytime and im sure my son Crawford Lamka is a hero in many countries and with many canadains our laws need to change and be up to date with other countries no wonder crimianals from states love comitting crimes here and terroist s too our goverments on drugs and thinks only of them selves for profit n not right to life
